Craftlabel reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from eligible refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility standards.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our sole discretion.

You waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Craftlabel and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
