Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout for deliveries within the United States unless otherwise clearly stated.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
- During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Craftlabel is not responsible for delays resulting from that issue. If the package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Delays
While we do our best to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, operational disruptions, or periods of unusually high demand.
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe we stated at the time of purchase, we will contact you with an updated shipping timeline and, where required, provide you with the option to keep the order open or cancel for a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Craftlabel is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported lost or stolen. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier before contacting us.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse handling, or order size. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, this Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. If we offer shipping to additional regions in the future, those rates, delivery times, and conditions will be posted separately on our website.
