Refund policy

At Craftlabel, we want every order to feel easy, clear, and reliable. If something is not right, we are here to help. This Return Policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • with all original tags attached
  • returned in a condition suitable for resale

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard shipping on all U.S. orders is free.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, Craftlabel may cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable. Since standard shipping is free on U.S. orders, there is typically no original shipping charge to refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we may not offer direct exchanges on all items.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original item if eligible and placing a new order separately.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with:

  • household members
  • neighbors
  • building management
  • the shipping carrier
